Majestic eagles perch atop their tree spires in search of dinner. No sooner have we spotted one, when it swoops down and climbs with a fish in its talons. Returning to its mate the pair are left to enjoy the catch of the day.

As Captain Cal narrates and cruises the Cabot Trail we view Fishing Cove, a campground which is available to hikers and hugs the Gulf. No cars, trains or planes can transport you to this beautiful spot. Just plain shoe leather and a little ambition transports you to this idyllic location. The grandeur and power of nature seems evident as we pass this well hiked spot.

After approximately 3 hours of touring on the sea we view the beacon on Cheticamp Island and our home port of Cheticamp. We feel gratified and priviledged to have been partners with Captain Cal and his crew on an experience that will last a lifetime. It was a whale of a time and one which can't be missed when visiting The Cabot Trail and Cheticamp with Whale Cruisers, Cheticamp.
